Laura is a practicing lawyer, with more than 15 years of experience, specializing in corporate-related matters with a strong background in intellectual property (IP). Her work as IP lawyer entails providing legal advice on a range of issues from commercial viability and marketing to vesting ownership and infringement. She has provided legal advice to clients in numerous litigation matters, covering different IP cases to counter infringement of international brands. In addition, Laura has worked with multiple national and international law firms covering a wide range tasks, including drafting contracts and non-closure agreements, preparing applications for trademarks and patents and other forms of intellectual property protection. IP is not the only practise that Laura is experienced in. She has vast experience in licensing of companies as well as ensuring their compliance and securitization. Laura has notable experience in company secretarial-related matters, whereby she performed advisory roles to our clients. In the course of her career, she has amassed a wealth of reliable contacts in various government institutions which is very useful and beneficial to our clients.
Frances is a registered Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinates courts thereto. Frances holds a Bachelor Degree of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Dar es Salaam, PGDLP – Law School of Tanzania. He is also a member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), Institute of Transnational Arbitrator – Junior Member, and AUSP Law Society.
Frances is part of our corporate team where he assists on all corporate matters including licensing, permitting and advisory services. His attention to detail is impeccable and handles all our company secretarial files for our clients, undertakes legal due diligence for our clients’ transactions, researches and opines on transactions in which our firm is involved in. In addition, Frances works closely with our litigation team where he represents our clients’ in cases before courts and tribunals in Tanzania. His skills bring into the team commendable advisory strength across various sectors.
Lucas is a young promising litigator who has just been admitted to the Tanzania Bar. Whilst he has worked with our corporate team on compliance & licensing matters, he has an eye for litigation. He has knowledge of the Tanzania court systems and has supported in litigation matters that the firm has handled over the years. Lucas completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Mzumbe and successfully obtained his post graduate diploma for the Law School of Tanzania. He is very useful and reliable.

Celina is our Business Development and Liaison Officer focused on bringing awareness of our practice nationally and internationally. She has travelled to multiple countries for studies and work, she has an impeccable creativity and understands the business dynamics. She possess excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and with a meticulous eye for detail, She will always provide high quality, tailored proposals, and pitches. She is successful in managing and delivering on multiple priorities and she thrive working to deadlines in fast-paced and challenging environments. Part of our success is a direct result of her support and relentless marketing efforts. In addition to her business development initiatives for Go2Experts, Celina acts our clients’ and government liaison. In this role, she ensures customer satisfaction and develop and pitching ideas for potential investors and at the same time, lobbies with the appropriate government authorities on behalf of our clients’ and their projects.

Frida our Office and Operations Supervisor is a delightful person yet strict in her own humble way. She manages our office operations, including setting appointments, welcoming and servicing our clients. She is the face of our practise and manages all court diaries and ensure all of us are where we are supposed to be. Our client’s love her and the support she provides for the betterment of our firm and our clients.
